The Nantasket Pier project was a 7,000 cubic yard sediment removal with disposal in the Mass Bay Disposal Site. Our smallest excavator dredge “3” was used in the removal of the material and transfer to our 600 cubic yard dump scow 742. This was a very confined project that required nimble and agile equipment for getting in and around pilings and piers. The material was removed without a hitch and disposed of at the Mass Bay Disposal Site.
